The importance of attitudes and behaviours
You will know more than anyone how much of an impact a dramatic shift, either positively or negatively, can impact a learners’ performance and results. Attitudes influence up to 30% of attainment, whether it’s how they feel about school in general, a particular subject or how they feel about their own abilities; these attitudes and behaviours can have a lasting impact.
This unit explores how attitudes and behaviours affect learning and how, with our delivery and teaching styles, alongside targeted intervention plans, and the implementation of our unique Attitudes and Behaviour Towards Learning Curriculum, you can help learners overcome these beliefs before they become long-term stumbling blocks to success.
